There are a lot of mixed feelings about the new season of this well loved series. Mostly to do with the fact that the TinCan story is being remade from their start. The way they're doing it now isn't exactly like how the book was in comparison to s1. Some scenes have obviously been changed now. We're getting into Tin's family life and how he's viewed upon by other students, how his walls immediately go up as soon as his older brother is mentioned. Tul has always hated Tin. Even before he was born he hated him. To those who haven't read the novel and wanna get some backstory, Tul's mother wasn't rich. And Tul's grandmother didn't like that. The dad really did love her but because his mother still didn't approve and made things extremely difficult for them they separated. Despite this, Tul's grandmother verbally and physically abused him at a very young age. This left him with mental scars and really messed up his mindset. The only one who was there for him was Hin. His childhood friend and lover. They have their own book together but I've been told their story ends in tragedy. Their love was twisted and abusive. A whole cycle of agony. Hin took every beating, every harsh word inflicted upon him, every rough kiss and more. He never even took sides between Tul and Hin. A truly warm-hearted person. Ae is just breaking my heart. Hopefully he'll break out of this. Him and Pete in the novel are broken up for almost 4 years. The novel gets extremely dark at some points. Especially knowing exactly WHY Pete and Ae broke up. The whole build up was so disturbing and heartbreaking all the same. Anyways, here's to hoping we can get to present time soon! I want to see Tin and Can's love flourish when they're a couple. Can is so loyal and devoted to him. He never doubts Tin ever although Tul is gonna try hard to break them apart. I'm just hoping they at least filmed the "i love you" scene. It's so sad and shows a very vulnerable side of Tin and just how messed up he is from what Tul did to him. #lovebychanceseries #tincan #meanplan #aepete
